Who is considered a 'Ma'zoor' (Excused Person) in Shariah and what is their method of Wudu?

A person is considered 'Ma'zoor' if they have a continuous physical excuse, such as a constant nosebleed, dripping urine, or continuous passing of wind, which does not stop for a long enough duration to perform Wudu and the Fard prayer. Rulings: 1. A Ma'zoor must perform a fresh Wudu for every prayer time (e.g., at the start of Zuhr). 2. As long as that prayer time lasts, their Wudu remains valid even if their excuse (e.g., bleeding or dripping) continues. 3. However, if anything else occurs that breaks Wudu (other than their specific excuse), they must perform Wudu again. 4. Once the time for that prayer ends (e.g., at the end of Zuhr time), the Wudu becomes invalid, and they must perform a new Wudu for the next prayer time.
