Prophetic Remedies (Duas)
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ، وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ، وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ، وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ
Read:Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-Hazani, wal-'ajzi wal-kasali, wal-bukhli wal-jubni, wa dala'id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijal.
Meaning:O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts and from being overpowered by men.
Sahih Al-Bukhari 2893يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيثُ
Read:Ya Hayyu Ya Qayyum, bi-rahmatika astaghith.
Meaning:O Ever-Living, O Sustainer of existence, by Your mercy I seek assistance.

Tawakkul (Trust) Breathing
- 1.Inhale deeply for 4 seconds while thinking 'Alhamdulillah' (Praise be to Allah) for your current breath.
- 2.Hold for 4 seconds, acknowledging that the future is entirely in Allah's hands.
- 3.Exhale slowly for 6 seconds while whispering 'Hasbunallahu wa ni'mal wakil' (Sufficient for us is Allah, and He is the best Disposer of affairs).
- 4.Repeat 5 times until your heart rate settles.
